Dezer Development’s real estate vision began with their pioneering efforts in the Chelsea neighbourhood of New York. Today their New York portfolio includes more than 20 commercial buildings and numerous commercial co-ops, including the Simon Dezer building on Fifth Avenue and the Chelsea Design Center. Trump of the Trump Organization, which led to the development of six separate towers within two unique projects – the Trump Grande Ocean Resort and Residences and Trump Towers. With over 2,000 residences in the Sunny Isles Beach market, Dezer Development is credited as a major player in the rebirth of this once quiet seaside town.
